Rebecca strives for excellence in raising puppies. She takes great pride in choosing wonderful Guardian families to play an integral role in the development of this magnificent breed.
She cares for the health of all the breeding dogs and their puppies while not losing sight of what got Labradoodle Lovers started on this journey: the love of a dog! And, to continue the heritage and health of the Australian Labradoodle breed.

Daniel
Personal Trainer

Daniel looks after the physical and mental health of our Labradoodles. He ensures our family Labradoodles and our Guardians who come to stay with us have two outings each day.
These walks are not just around the block – they are intentional scent walks or ball chasing at our local soccer fields.
Our semi-rural Canterbury location means we are spoilt for choice when it comes to exploring a new spot each day.
Jorgii
Social Connection​
Jorgii looks after Labradoodle great-great grandma, Kiah.
Jorgii also helps with our administration and social media content, and wherever else she can.
Robert
The original Labradoodle Lover

Robert loves to play with our puppies, which many families have been thankful for. He is often found running across the property with a trail of puppies in tow or cuddled up with them telling stories.
The hardest lesson he has had to learn in his short four years is that we cannot keep all these puppies! Although he regularly asks: “Can we please just keep these ones mum! PLEASE? They are just too cute.”

Kiah

The reason we are Labradoodle Lovers
Kiah is where it all began. She has the most endearing nature; she is a people seeker and pleaser.
We are all convinced she can hold a conversation – mostly about where we might find the treat jar. We don’t think she has the well-known Labrador love for water, as she won’t be found swimming at the beach – no matter how hot her black coat is!
Kiah retired at 6 years old in 2020 after gifting us with our foundation line of Labradoodles. Kiah now lives with our daughter, Jorgii, and her partner, Jaqson. She loves coming to visit us and always has time to play with her grandpuppies and great-grandpuppies!
Daisy

Daisy is the first-born daughter of Kiah and Sebastian
Daisy is really the cornerstone of our breeding program.
She holds the perfect combination of her mum’s and dad’s best qualities – she can hold a conversation and she can chase a ball with the best of them at the park.
She is a water-lover and can be found bodysurfing waves at the beach or enjoying a quick dip on a hike.
She is a head-turner and has been passing down the most sought-after qualities to all her puppies and grand-puppies.

Junior

Junior, not that we can have favourites, but.. Junior has stolen our hearts.
He has matured into a gentle caring dog, he has taken on the responsibility of making sure all dogs puppies and mums that come to stay are well cared for and cleans everyone’s eyes each day.
​
He loves nothing more than being by our sides and loves it when we sit to read – this is when he leans right in.
Juniors pups will no doubt have the qualities of a great companions and the potential of being a wonderful therapy dogs.
Sebastian
Born 20/01/2016

Sebastian was carefully selected to be sire of Kiah’s puppies.
Bas is a handsome Labradoodle who always has his eye on the prize, be it the ball at the park, chasing the ball in the water, or at home just holding the ball. He is as loyal as dogs come and will stand up for his pack.
Sebastian is a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His good looks and determination have most certainly been passed down the line.
While he has grown a little solitary in his middle age, now he is retired he can often be found keeping warm by the fire or up for a walk, should anyone whisper the word!

Frank

Frank was selected to sire Daisy’s puppies as well as those of her sisters.
Frank is the true gentleman. Chivalry will never be dead while Frank and his puppies are alive. He epitomises the ‘labradoodle teddy bear’ look and he’s playful, kind, and will forever be young at heart.
He likes to cuddle up by the fire, chase a ball – he also thinks he can fly! And he is often found carrying a stuffed teddy around at home.
There is nothing cuter than Frank and the love that he gives. Pass that on, Frank.
